Brief

When a new CEO was appointed at Vodafone in the Czech Republic, LeapQ was called on to help shape a new vision for the impact she wanted to make on the business.

Solution

We used our Core Story methodology and a series of 360 interviews to help clarify the CEO’s convictions and values, and define an inspiring personal purpose, brand platform and narrative for engaging her executive team in the development of a long-term strategy for the business.  After that, we went a step further in coaching the executive team members in defining a personal purpose and narrative of their own, ensuring that each would be mutually supporting and closely linked to the CEO’s core purpose and mandate.

Results

As a result of our personal branding work, the executives were able to accelerate the process of becoming a well-aligned, high-performance team.  The narratives we helped them develop were leveraged by each of the executives in cascading the company strategy to the whole organisation and in helping everyone understand their personal role in executing it and furthering the success of the business.
