Brief

Operating in the highly competitive management and leadership training segment, LIW offers its clients a refreshing change from the large, established corporate consultancies.   While highly valued by existing clients, they struggled to communicate their points of difference to prospects and found themselves losing to better known firms despite better solutions and better terms.

Solution

To break through to the next level, LIW needed translate their key differentiators into a compelling brand narrative that would set them apart and help them win more business.  We helped them challenge the consultancy rhetoric with a new positioning – Leadership, not just Leaders.  We used colourful cartoons and storytelling to communicate the offering and LIW’s refreshing and distinct approach.  And importantly we put the spotlight on OLA (Organisational Leadership Architecture), LIW’s proprietary leadership methodology that was identified in our research as key preference-driver.

Results

Since the rebrand and shifting focus to OLA, LIWs revenues have doubled.  They are growing in size and reputation with expansion plans in Asia, North American and Europe.
