Meet the team

Stephen Blanchette

Stephen Blanchette,
Founder/Strategic Facilitator

A strategic facilitator and 360-degree brand expert, Stephen Blanchette has over 20 years of multinational experience in the fields of brand and customer experience management.

Prior to founding LeapQ in 2008, he held director-level positions in some of Europe’s leading telecommunications companies, where his responsibilities included brand strategy, communications, customer and employee experience, marketing, and insights & intelligence.

On the agency side, he spent 13 years at Ogilvy, where he played a strategic planning role on a broad range of clients and industries in North America and Latin America. Originally Canadian, Stephen makes his home in Munich where he continues to work on perfecting his German language skills. In addition to his native English, Stephen speaks fluent French and Spanish.

Katherine Scheibli

Katherine Scheibli,
Strategic Facilitator

Katherine has a proven track record for consistently delivering results: from transformational branding projects, to the most successful product launches, cutting-edge digital and CRM solutions; from achieving the highest client satisfaction scores, to significant increases in revenue and profitability.

What sets her apart is her ability to identify and harness the right talent and resources and successfully lead and inspire the broader team with a clear vision and objectives.

Katherine has over 20 years of experience and has worked for some of the best agencies and brands locally, regionally and globally. From Canada originally, she moved to the UK with Ogilvy to run the American Express business and become part of the AmEx global leadership team. She went on to work with Johnson & Johnson, Nissan, Bupa and others. Prior to that she worked for BBDO, McCann and top Toronto shops on brands such as Unilever, Nestle, Air Miles, Goodyear Tires, Chrysler, Reader’s Digest and more.

Rubens Filo

Rubéns Filho,
Strategic Facilitator

Originally from Brazil, Rubéns is an innovation guru who is passionate about improving creativity, businesses and people.

In his 15 years as Ogilvy São Paolo’s creative director, he played a major role in helping the agency expand its digital capabilities and become one of the top creative agencies in the world – amassing multiple Cannes Lions, Effie and Clio awards in the process as a testament to his impact and legacy.

He moved to the UK in 2012 to undertake a Masters in Digital Media Management at Hyper Island. There, he became even more passionate about people, leadership and collaboration, and learned the skills and techniques that have made him into an expert in leading change, engaging and transforming teams, and showing them how to turn underperforming businesses into high performance ones through the power of innovation.

In 2013, he spent a year with Work Club London, Campaign’s Digital Agency of the Year, to deep dive into the innovative digital world and a really rich creative market. He’s worked with clients as diverse as ABN Amro, American Express, IBM, Mondelez and Unilever.
